Firefighters had to be called after a shed caught fire, spreading to a property.
At about 6.05pm appliances from Carlisle East and Carlisle West were mobilised to reports of a shed on fire, which had spread to a property, on Holmrook Road, Carlisle.
On arrival, crews discovered that a lean-to shed which was attached to a garage of a property, was well alight, but swift action from the crew meant that the fire did not enter the garage.
The fire was brought under control using one hosereel, small tools and a thermal imaging camera.
