Copeland Age and Advice Service (CAAS) organisation, based in Cleator Moor, has been busy producing Twiddlemuffs.

The team, their families, friends and the public have made the items for people living with dementia.

The knitted hand muffs have items such as buttons, beads and feathers attached to the inside and outside.

It is purposefully designed to provide a stimulation for restless hands.

The organisation is offering Twiddlemuffs to people that would benefit from them in Copeland.

The items are free, but they would welcome a small donation via CAAS that they will send to The Alzheimer's Society on the donor's behalf.

If interested contact CAAS by calling them on 01946 552166 or email referrals@caasteam.com and the team will send one out to them.
