Police stopped a driver who was seen on his mobile phone.
Cumbria Roads Police this morning (Wednesday) pulled over a young farmer who was caught on his phone.
In a tweet they said: "Young farmer seen chatting away on his mobile phone. Six points and £200 fine on its way to him."
