The NHS in north Cumbria has thanked a Carlisle man for his spectacular fundraising success.
Ian Milburn, who runs IM Events, has raised £10,880 for the North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust by holding virtual bingo events nights.
Ian said: “I’d like to thank everyone who took part and all the firms and businesses who donated prizes.”
The events, held on April 18 and May 2, attracted participants from across the world.
"From an empty kitchen in Carlisle we managed to get to Canada, Thailand, Australia, USA, Spain and all over the UK," Ian said.
Ian is planning to hold another event on May 23, but will split the funds from this event three ways.
The next event will support the NHS Trust, Carlisle Youth Zone and the Eden Valley Hospice.
