Disruption is expected on on the Cumbrian Coast line for the next three weeks as repairs are carried out on a damaged bridge.
Buses will replace trains between Whitehaven and Workington due to a damaged bridge at Parton, with disruption expected until the end of the day on April 30.
A landslip at Parton has resulted in all lines being blocked between Workington and Whitehaven.
Trains will run between Carlisle and Workington, and between Whitehaven and Barrow-in-Furness, but these will be subject to short notice delay and cancellation.
Replacement road transport will run between Workington and Whitehaven, calling at Harrington and Parton. This will be operated by Workington Heritage Trust and Travellers Choice.
