Hannah Ward Hope if they were fined it was not just £60. Should be for each offence. 1) travelling out of town to exercise- £60. 2) travelling out of town to exercise your dog- £120. 3) meeting up with someone from another household- £240. 4) unnecessarily washing his car- £480. 5) being an absolute tool- £960.

Nikki Griffiths Serves him right for being rude.

Gill Wilson Perhaps they’ll take notice when it’s a loved one or family member they have infected. Then again probably not.

Sam Thomas Saw a guy washing his car on black Butts Lane, hosepipe over the pavement, you wouldn’t be able to walk past him! Honestly people don’t get it.

Sonia Jeffers People like him make me so mad. I along with many other people who still have to work would love to be able to stay at home and keep safe.

Sheila Batty Take the cars off them put them in a pound somewhere, then they can’t go anywhere. They are the sort of people who won’t walk anywhere! But would be the first to expect treatment from NHS.

Jeff Mccully Make him do community service at the hospital looking after those that are suffering from COVID-19.

Dex Rose Just turn the pressure wash machines off. Problem solved.

Craig Brass To be fair, driving to Hoad to then walk your dog is legal. Nothing detailed in regulation states you cannot do this. Washing his car however I think is where he would fall foul of the law. (NOTE - since this post the Government has said people should stay local and exercise near home.)

Paul Griffiths So much he did wrong but why doesn’t the petrol station turn off the car wash?

Ange Mullen This is why we will be in total lockdown before too long.

Danni Gee Should be out fining all the clueless mugs from different households having street gatherings and drinks.
