Attempting to steal a motorbike has landed a West Cumbrian man with a curfew.
Steven Clark, 33, of Midtown Close, Distington, pleaded guilty to attempted theft and a further charge of drug possession before magistrates in Workington on Friday.
The court heard Clark attempted to steal a Yamaha motorbike on December 28 in Workington.
Then, on February 19 he was found in possession of a quantity of diamorphine in Workington.
Clark was handed a six month curfew and ordered to pay compensation of £180, plus £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.
