TWO men who beat up an 18-year-old teenager in Warminster in an unprovoked assault are being sought by local police.
They are appealing for witnesses following the assault which occurred in Warminster at the weekend.
The teenage man was walking along West Street at about 8.30pm on Saturday when he was confronted by two men who assaulted him, causing injuries to his nose and jaw.
Fortunately, he did not require hospital treatment.
PC Ben Lambert said: “This was a nasty assault which has left the victim feeling extremely upset and shaken.
“It appears to have been an unprovoked attack and I am keen to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time who may have seen or heard anything, as well as anyone who may have any CCTV or dash cam footage from the area which could have captured the suspects.”
