Cumbria has been given a further weather warning for snow and ice, coming into effect this evening.
The warning will come into force at 8pm and last until 10am tomorrow.
It extends across the whole of Cumbria, as well as the whole of western Scotland and much of western England, as well as Wales.
A spokesman for the Met Office said: "Wintry showers and icy stretches [are] likely to bring some travel disruption.
The spokesman added that the following are all possible tonight and into tomorrow: "Some injuries from slips and falls on icy surfaces, [as well as] probably some icy patches on some untreated roads, pavements and cycle paths.
"Some roads and railways may be affected with longer journey times by road, bus and train services."
