Police are appealing for witnesses after an accident at Flimby left a woman in hospital.
The crash involving a silver Citroen van and a silver Vauxhall Astra happened about 2pm on Monday, on Main Road, Flimby – between the village and the junction with the Thomas Armstrong site.
The woman driving the Astra was taken to the Cumberland Infirmary in Carlisle with non-life threatening injuries.
Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information to contact PC 2029 Robinson at Workington on 101 – or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
