A surprise visit and an important message were given at Harraby Community Centre yesterday.
Crew’s from Carlisle East Fire Station planned to attend a career day for Newman Catholic school then surprised Pennine Way Nursery, who were playing outside at the time with a visit.
The crew gave careers advice about the fire service, general life advice about how they can make themselves more desirable to potential employers and how to conduct themselves in interviews.
