Would-be burglars try to force door open in Cockermouth
Would-be burglars have attempted to force open a locked door in Cockermouth.
Police are investigating an attempted burglary at a property in the Fitz Road area, sometime between January 6th-15.
An appeal has gone out to anyone who may have seen suspicious behaviour in the area, or anyone with information to call PC 1165 on 101, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111, quoting log 79 of the 15th January.
