Body Identified
The body of a woman found at Pooley Bridge has been identified.
Officers have confirmed that Diane Rumney, 53, of Icold road, Greystoke was found dead.
Diane had been reported missing yesterday and police were concerned for her welfare.
A spokesman for Cumbria police said: "The body of a woman found at Pooley Bridge yesterday afternoon has been formally identified as Diane Rumney, 53, of Icold road, Greystoke.
"There are no suspicious circumstances at this stage.
"A file will be prepared for the coroner.
"We would like to thank the public for sharing the social media appeal to help find Diane."
