General view of Hardwicke Circus
A driver has been reported for an insecure load after a load of glass spilt onto a Carlisle road.
One lane has been closed on the A7 Bridgewater Road southbound, just before Hardwicke Circus.
Police were called to the scene at 9am.
Traffic is said to be flowing slowly.
Cumbria Highways are also in attendance.
The driver of the vehicle was reported for a dangerous, insecure load.
