Planning application
PLANS for seven new homes in Great Orton have been approved by council planners.
Carlisle City Council approved the application for seven detached homes on land south east of Smiddy Croft at a development control committee meeting.
The development will consist of six single-storey bungalows and one chalet bungalow. A number of objections were submitted by residents.
