The chief executive of a leading Cumbrian accountancy firm has been asked to judge prestigious industry awards.

Graham Lamont, of Lamont Pridmore, has been invited back to join the panel of the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2020.

Mr Lamont has acted as a judge at the awards in previous years.

Mr Lamont is frequently called upon by organisation to share his knowledge and has already judged the 2019 British Accounting Awards.

Mr Lamont said: “It is a real honour to be selected as a judge at the 2020 UK Customer Satisfaction Awards. Businesses can only succeed by meeting the needs of their customers and attracting new people to their business, so it is important that the efforts of companies are celebrated.

“I am looking forward to finding out who will be crowned as a winner when the awards take place on March 3 at the Hilton on Park Lane in London.”

Chris Lamont, a partner at Lamont Pridmore, added: “We are very proud of our reputation for client care and we are excited that Graham will be taking part in these awards.

“No business should underestimate the impact that poor customer service can have on their success.”

Stuart Edger, managing director at Lamont Pridmore’s West Cumbria offices, added: “We would like to wish everyone taking part in this year’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards the very best of luck.

“I am sure that Graham will do a fantastic job judging this year’s entries using his considerable expertise in this area.”

Karl Burrell, managing director at Lamont Pridmore’s Kendal office, added: “Everyone at Lamont Pridmore is excited to see that Graham will once again be supporting a national award.

We have a long and proud history of winning multiple awards and we appreciate the impact that winning can have on a company.”
