PERMISSION has been granted by planning chiefs for a new bed and breakfast to open in the centre of Carlisle.
It comes after a document was submitted to the city council on September 20 to turn the use of 71 Warwick Road from a dwelling into a B&B.
The plans to turn the five-bedroom property into a four-bedroom guest house were submitted by Brian and Julie Downie, of Warwick Road.
