Copeland is home to one of the slowest housing markets in Great Britain, according to new data.
On average, across Britain, a home is now taking an average of 247 days to sell in current market conditions.
The City of London is currently the slowest market taking 409 days to sell, with Islington close behind at 402 days to sell a home from start to finish.
But outside of the London bubble comes Cumbria with Eden and Copeland the next two names on the list.
Eden homes are also taking over 400 days to sell, just, at 401 days.
While sellers in Copeland are having to slog it out for 394 days in order to sell.
This latest research came from estate agent comparison website, GetAgent.co.uk, as Brexit uncertainty continues to bring about a market freeze.
