FIRE crews were scrambled to a Harraby warehouse in the middle of the night.
An engine from Carlisle East and West's stations were sent to Cavaghan and Gray, on Brunel Way, just after 4.30am this morning (Tuesday).
A spokesman from Carlisle East fire station said: "We were called to the warehouse after an engine compression overheated.
"The teams isolated the appliance and handed it over to the engineers on site.
"We were on the scene for about 30 minutes."
