MEMBERS of a congregation could not believe their eyes when they went to church and discovered a tractor parked between the choir stalls!
As part of the Harvest Festival at St Bridget’s Church in Moresby, church member and tractor collector Steven Milligan and his father Tom managed to drive in the vehicle.
Reverend Paul Kerry said it was the church’s “ship in a bottle moment” as people scratched their heads and tried to work out how it got there.
Steven had the idea after seeing a picture of a tractor in a “considerably larger” church than St Bridget’s.
