COLLABRO are coming home to Carlisle for the finale of their nationwide autumn tour next year.

The musical theatre group, which features Cumbrian singer Matt Pagan, will head to the city after 23 days on the road.

The announcement follows the upcoming release of their fifth album, Love Like This, which is due to be released on November 19.

Since finding fame on Britain’s Got Talent in 2014 and winning that year’s series, the quartet have seen their success rise around the world.

After four sell-out UK tours, followed by two in the United States, plus headline slots at the London Palladium, Wembley Stadium, the Royal Albert Hall, and the O2 Arena, the four-piece have also performed for the Queen.

Next year’s set of gigs - which will see them play at a number of venues across the country - will see the band stop off at Bournemouth, Blackpool, Cardiff, Gateshead, Glasgow and London.

The concerts will feature a selection of their favourite contemporary songs.

Fans can expect a rendition of Coldplay’s Fix You, Keane’s Somewhere Only We Know and Ellie Goulding’s Love me like you do.

The singers are especially looking forward to performing Lewis Capaldi’s Someone You Loved when the gig comes to town.

They said: “When we heard Lewis sing this for the first time we were all together.

“We looked at each other and just knew it was a song we wanted to sing.

“The melody is beautiful and everyone can relate to the lyrics.”

Once released, their new album comprising of 11 tracks will also showcase a number of popular songs from hit films, such as Shallow from A Star Is Born, A Million Dreams from musical The Greatest Showman, plus My Heart Will Go On from Hollywood blockbuster, Titanic.

The group will head to the Sands Centre in Carlisle on Halloween next year, Saturday, October 31, with the gig starting at 7.30pm.

Tickets for the concert will go on sale on Friday, September 13 at 10am, and will be available at sandscentre.co.uk.
