A CARLISLE man pleaded guilty to sorting over or disturbing material that was deposited in a container for waste.
Kelvin Terrence Dixon, 33, appeared before Carlisle Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The charge related to an offence in the city on July 7, which saw Dixon sort over or disturb something deposited in a container for waste, without consent or right.
The sentence was discharged conditionally for 12 months.
Dixon, of Boundary Road, was ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £21 victim surcharge.
