A court has heard how a woman felt scared and vulnerable at the actions of her ex-partner in gaining access to her back garden in Lockerbie and repeatedly looking in the window.
And on another occasion 30-year-old Ryan Glendinning stood in front of her car preventing her driving away.
Glendinning, of Kintail Park, Lockerbie, was found guilty of committing the offences in March and also breaching a bail condition not to enter Mains Street in Lockerbie.
At Dumfries Sheriff Court he was made the subject of a community payback order with conditions he be under supervision for two years, attend a special behavioural programme and carry out 80 hours unpaid work.
He was also made the subject of a non harassment order for two years.
