The lock down in Wigton on July 31, 2019
A MAN charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of possession of a bladed article and one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, has made his first appearance before crown court.
Richard Moulton, 49, appeared before Carlisle's crown court this morning.
The charges were not put to Moulton during his appearance, which was via video link.
The case was adjourned until January 27, to enable the relevant reports to be carried out.
It is expected that the trial will last for five days.
