A reward has been offered by Crimestoppers for a man wanted for recall to prison.
The charity is seeking the whereabouts of Stephen Dixon who is originally from Carlisle.
Cumbria police have previously issued appeals for the 33-year-old.
Crimestoppers are offering a reward of up to £3,000 for information that leads to his arrest.
Gary Murray, North West Regional Manager at the charity Crimestoppers, said: "The public’s help is needed to find Stephen Dixon.
"We believe that there are people out there who know where he is hiding, but who for whatever reason have not come forward.
" I would appeal to those who know of his whereabouts to contact us urgently. We just want the information and you will remain anonymous.
"In over 30 years Crimestoppers has kept its promise of 100 per cent anonymity to everyone who passes crime information to us.
"No one will know you contacted us and it could be your information, however small, that makes a difference.
"You can call our 24/7 UK Contact Centre on 0800 555 111 or you can use our anonymous online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
"Please do the right thing, speak up and tell us what you know."
