A WHITEHAVEN woman was banned after she admitted drink-driving.
Jessica Bennett, 23, of Ullswater Avenue, was banned for 13 months and was ordered to pay a £110 fine.
The court heard that on August 2, Bennett was driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Chapel Street, Whitehaven, with 42mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath.
The legal limit is 35mcg.
Bennett was ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.
Her ban could be reduced by 13 weeks if she successfully completes a drink-driver rehabilitation course.
