Aberla M & E has been awarded a place on Carlisle City Council Energy Efficiency Framework.
They will assist the city council in its Energy Efficiency Measures Framework which helps residents upgrade their homes with heating installations that are energy efficient.
Aberla will be installing: heating and energy systems, air source heat pumps, conventional gas boilers, solar PV and electric storage heaters.
Paul McCarren, managing director at Aberla, said: “We’re delighted to have been selected by Carlisle City Council for this project.
“Building new partnerships is key to Aberla’s business strategy, and we hope that this newly forged relationship with Carlisle will herald a long and prosperous strategic partnership.”
The move towards energy efficiency comes as councils across the county have declared a climate emergency.
