Broughton Carnival Queens
An appeal for local bands is going out after two bands have had to cancel their appearance at a carnival due to illness.
The North Tyneside Pipe Band and Workington Town Band have both had to cancel, leaving just one band - Mossley Brass Band able to attend.
If anyone can help can they contact a member of the committee or go on the Broughton Carnival Facebook page.
Broughton Carnival Committee are meeting tonight to discuss the situation.
