POLICE have confirmed that a missing Canonbie woman has been found after an urgent appeal.
Officers from Dumfries and Galloway Police last night launched an appeal for help finding Christine Hannon.
She had been reported missing earlier in the day, having last been seen at about 9am in Canonbie.
Police have now confirmed she has been found.
A statement said: "The missing woman, Christine Hanlon, from Cannonbie, has been found safe and well.
"Thanks to everyone for their help, concern and assistance."
