A Whitehaven woman found herself in court for illegally attempting to access information.
Jade Torrance, 30, of Honister Road, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Workington on Friday.
She admitted using a computer with intent to secure unauthorised access to a program or data.
Torrance was given a six-week curfew to run from 7pm to 7am, and a restraining order, banning her from contacting a named person for a year.
She was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £115 surcharge to fund victim services.
