Police are investigating an alleged sexual assault that occurred in Workington town centre.
It happened around 2pm on Monday, June 17, on Murray Road.
A 34-year-old man from Workington has been arrested on suspicion of attempt to engage in non-penetrative sexual activity with a girl.
He has been released under further investigation.
