A FREE business breakfast will look at the future of Carlisle Airport.
Just one week before the first commercial flight takes off, the breakfast, supported by Carlisle Youth Zone and Baines Wilson, will give insight into the development and future of Carlisle Airport.
Joanne Holborn, from Baines Wilson, said: “Having an airport on our doorstep will undoubtedly bring benefits to business across Cumbria.
“We encourage anyone who is keen to find out more to attend this event.”
Kate Willard, director of partnership development at Carlisle Airport, will not only speak about the airport’s journey but also her own unconventional path.
Lynsey Buckle, development manager at Carlisle Youth Zone, commented: “As well as spearheading the opening of the airport, Kate is a shining example of what people that have less conventional academic backgrounds can achieve.”
The free business breakfast will take place on June 28 at Carlisle Youth Zone between 8am to 10am.
