A Maryport man who smashed windows belonging to a housing association twice in nine months was fined by a court.
Gary Joseph Ackerley, 48, of Ewanrigg Road, pleaded guilty to destroying a window belonging to Home Housing.
The incident occurred on Thursday and the defendant appeared at the magistrates' court in Workington the following day, where he was handed a £120 fine.
The court heard the offence was committed while on conditional discharge for a similar incident in September and magistrates decided to fine Ackerley £80 for that offence.
He was also ordered to pay £30 to fund victim services and £85 court costs
