FIRE crews from both of Carlisle's stations have been called to put out a bedroom blaze.
The two engines were sent out just after 8.35am on Saturday to tackle the fire, which occurred at a home on Cumwhinton Drive.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and a positive pressure ventilation fan to extinguish the flames in the ground floor bedroom.
The crews were on the scene for about 50 minutes.
