POLICE: A one-vehicle crash occurred on the M6 near Carlisle on Monday afternoon
A 23-YEAR-OLD man has escaped injury after a crash on the M6 near Carlisle.
The incident occurred near junction 44 at about 1.55pm on Monday.
A spokesman from Cumbria Police said: "The driver of a Seat Leon, from Fife, was involved in a one-vehicle road traffic collision.
"There were no reported injuries."
The road was briefly closed while police attended the scene.
