A broken-down train is causing delays for rail passengers
A broken-down train between Motherwell and Carlisle is causing delays for rail passengers this morning.
There are currently delays of about 15 minutes on routes affected.
They include Transpennine Express and Virgin services through Carlisle.
Passengers are advised to check before travelling.
