A DENTAL practice is welcoming a new member of staff recognised for his work with restorative implants.

Hisham Elsayed brings 10 years of experience to Bupa Dental Care North Lakeland, in High Street, Wigton, allowing the practice to offer dental implants to patients.

His qualifications include an BDS degree from Mansoura University, a membership in restorative dentistry with subspecialty of Endodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and a diploma in implants from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He also worked as an educational supervisor for newly qualified dentists at the Northern Deanery.

Mr Eslayed said: “I’m excited to be joining a team that cars as much about its patients as I do. Dental implants can absolutely transform someone’s teeth, restoring not just their smile but their confidence too. I’m delighted that we can offer this in Wigton and am looking forward to getting to know all our patients.”

Alison Murdock, practice manager, said: “Hisham was like a breath of fresh air when we met him and straightaway we knew he was the perfect fit for our team. His enthusiasm is remarkable, and he’s so well regarded in the industry.

“We’re delighted to have him join us.”
