Libraries across the Carlisle area have joined forces with Age UK to support its falls prevention campaign.
Free advice sessions, delivered by the charity, are being held at four local libraries to give people information and guidance on reducing the risk of falls.
The first is set to take place on Wednesday at Morton Library Link from 2pm to 4pm.
Brampton Library is hosting a session between the same times on May 8 and Harraby Library Link's will take place from 10am until 2pm on May 21.
A final event will be held at Carlisle Library on August 6, 10am to 2pm.
