A BED, mattress, a sofa and bags of bark mulch are the latest items to have been flytipped in West Cumbria.
This week Allerdale council workers have been busy clearing the discarded rubbish from Oldside, Workington, a lay-by in Maryport and a back lane in Netherton.
The authority is urging people to dispose of their rubbish appropriately.
A council spokesman said: "Residents can report flytipping via the online form or our “myAllerdale” app. If people have bulky items to get rid of, they can contact us for a bulky item collection or take it down to one of the Household Waste Recycling Centres around the borough. More information is available at: www.cumbria.gov.uk."
