A land and property agent has appointed a new project and marketing manager.

Molly Blackburn has joined H&H Land and Property.

Originally from Haverigg, and now living in Penrith, Molly holds a first-class honour’s degree in marketing management from the University of Central Lancashire and has previous experience working in an advertising agency in Manchester and more recently at H&H Reeds, H&H Land and Property’s sister company.

The company has seven offices comprising the land agency, residential sales and lettings businesses.

Molly said: “I’m looking forward to taking on this new challenge.

"The role with H&H Land and Property gives me a real opportunity to create marketing activities to support future growth and new cohesive marketing communications.

“I’ve gained so much from my time at H&H Reeds and I am excited to be part of the H&H Land and Property team.

“I now feel ready to utilise my experience in a different area of the group and expand my marketing experience further.”

The new role will also cover the marketing strategies of H&H King and H&H Michael CL Hodgson.

Molly will be focusing on a wide a geographical area covering Cumbria, County Durham, southern Scotland, north Lancashire, and into the Yorkshire Dales.
