A CLEATOR Moor man has been fined after he failed to provide a road-side drug test.
Russell Lee Roberts, 36, of Dent Place, pleaded guilty to failing to provide the drug-test as well as a specimen of breath for analysis, when suspected of being in charge of a vehicle. The offences occurred on February 25.
He also admitted surrendering to custody at the magistrates court in Workington on March 15.
Roberts, who admitted the offences at the court on Monday, was fined £500 for the three offences and was ordered to pay £85 costs and £30 to fund victim services.
His licence was also endorsed with 10 points.
