A WOMAN was detained under the Mental Health Act following a property fire in Carlisle.
The 26-year-old was arrested after a blaze broke out at a flat in Willowholme, Caldewgate on Wednesday.
She was taken to the Cumberland Infirmary with non life-threatening injuries.
Police confirmed today she had been "de-arrested" and detained under section 136 of the Mental Health Act.
Three fire crews from Carlisle East, Carlisle West and Longtown fire stations were called at 8.40pm.
