A 30-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of drug-driving after a late-night crash in Appleby.
Police were called at about 11.30pm on Saturday night to the crash on Battlebarrow, Appleby.
The incident involved a Ford Zetec that crashed in to a telephone box.
The male driver was arrested by police on suspicion of being over the prescribed limit.
The 30-year-old driver had to cut from the vehicle by fire crews and was taken to the Cumberland Infirmary with injuries believed to be minor.
