A MAN who stole an Apple watch and who also targetted a Carlisle pet shop has been given a curfew.
Grzegorz Rynkiewicz, of Brunton Avenue, admitted two counts of theft and one charge of failing to surrender to court having been released on bail.
He stole the £400 watch from Stormfront, in English Street, on August 21 last year.
The 48-year-old also took a filter, worth £15, from Nupets in Lowther Street, on September 11.
His seven week curfew, which ends on March 27, requires him to remain at his home address between 8pm and 6am every day.
Rynkiewicz was also ordered to pay £400 compensation, £85 costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
