A farmhouse and holiday cottages in the Lake District National Park have gone on the market for £1.25 million.
Parkergate Cottages, near Bassenthwaite village, is being sold by Savills on behalf of a private investor.
The four-bedroom Grade II listed farmhouse is currently used as a holiday let, but the agents say it would also suit being a family home.
The six holiday cottages, built in Lakeland stone, range from one to two bedrooms.
The properties have extensive views over Bassenthwaite Lake.
