DISRUPTION: Northern Rail services between Carlisle and Newcastle
RAIL users face late night disruption after a collision at a level crossing in the Haydon Bridge area.
Northern has said train services on the Newcastle to Carlisle line are expected to be cancelled, delayed or revised for the remainder of Monday evening following the incident which has blocked the line.
Network Rail and emergency services are currently on site.
Replacement buses are in operation until the line is cleared.
