A THURSBY man has appeared in court accused of punching a hole in a door, urinating on a carpet and assault.
Shaun William Beaty appeared before Carlisle Magistrates' Court on December 10.
Beaty admitted the offence of damaging the door and urinating on the carpet on March 25.
However, he pleaded not guilty to the assault by beating and the case was dismissed due to no evidence being offered.
He was ordered to pay £200 in compensation, a £85 surcharge to fund victim services, and £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
