A Whitehaven man has been sent back to prison after he failed to comply with supervision requirements after an earlier release.
Dale Wardle, 55, of Cross Street, appeared at West Cumbria Magistrates Court in Workington.
The court heard that Wardle had failed to report to his supervising officer on November 30.
He admitted the offence.
Magistrates sent him back to prison for 14 days, stating that he had "flagrant disregard for court orders".
He was also ordered to pay £60.
