SIX fire crews were called to deal with a blaze at an agricultural building in Allerdale.
Reports say a large amount of hay had gone up in flames yesterday morning.
Firefighters from Aspatria, Wigton, Cockermouth, Maryport, Carlisle East and Penrith attended at about 10.20am and were on scene for about four hours.
A water bowser was also mobilised and crews used a main jet and two hose reels to extinguish the fire.
There are no further details at this time.
