FIRE: Engines at the scene on Syke Road, Wigton on Wednesday night STUART WALKER
FIREFIGHTERS have extinguished a late-night house fire in Wigton.
Crews from Aspatria, Carlisle East and Carlisle West attended a kitchen fire at 10.30pm on Syke Road, Wigton, on Wednesday.
The fire was out on arrival, and crews spent 20 minutes ventilating the property.
